This website is operated by MK Shtange L.L.C-FZ, a free zone limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number 2652013.01, trading as Wynden Home. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "Wynden Home" refer to MK Shtange L.L.C-FZ.
We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here and available by hyperlink. 5. Products, Descriptions and Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country where we support it, and in United States Dollars (USD) otherwise. The currency you are charged in is shown at checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display of any colour will be accurate.
Our products are made from natural acacia wood. Variation in grain, colour, tone and the presence of natural knots or markings is inherent to the material and is a characteristic of the product, not a defect. Each piece will differ from the photographs and from other pieces in the same set.
Dimensions and weights given in product descriptions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
6. Orders, Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear, in our judgement, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. The descriptor that appears on your card statement will identify Wynden Home.
If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and to suspend further orders from the same account or payment method.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@wyndenhome.com before contacting your bank. We respond to all enquiries and in most cases can resolve the matter faster than a formal dispute process.
8. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
